Surfer Blood had a gig down at the US Open the other day and I was lucky enough to get ALMOST to the front. I was probably 3 smushed people away from the front fence. I could not believe how large the crowd was! There was people all the way to the water, and all around the stage. I haven't seen that many people since Coachella crowds. Surfer Blood put on such a good show, I forgot that I knew so many of their songs so I had so much fun. The band seems very fun and cool, the lead singer was keeping the crowd laughing. The lead singer even jump off stage and went into the crowd for some time. i would definitely go see them again!
