Last Saturday I got a pair of tickets (thanks to GrimyGoods) to see Black Moth Super Rainbow at the Echoplex, which is below The Echo. WHAT A SHOW! I have been listening to their music since 2009 and never really thought about going to see them live. They finally did a show in LA, which isn't very common. I not only got to them, I got to see them for FREE! The band that opened for them was WAY good, their band name is escaping my mind at the moment, but I want to for sure do a post about them. Anyways, the photo above is of the lead singer (of the bands name I forgot) during the Black Moth Super Rainbow's set. I was so shocked that at least five people successfully crowd surfed to BMSR.
